He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, where his research focused on how regulated organizations adopt and integrate emerging technologies. He also holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Management, blending academic rigor with decades of hands-on leadership experience.
Throughout his career, Donnie has served as an operations leader within the energy industry, where he led multimillion-dollar budgets, managed cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that enhanced productivity and financial performance. His leadership has guided departments through organizational change, technology modernization, and large-scale capital programs with lasting impact.
Beyond the corporate arena, Donnie is also a successful small business owner, having founded and grown ventures in the HVAC and business consulting sectors. These entrepreneurial experiences inform his practical, results-driven approach to helping other business owners create structure, improve profitability, and achieve sustainable growth.
